Pomodoro Timer Guide

The Pomodoro Technique is simple: 25 minutes of deep work followed by a 5-minute break. Pomodoro Timer keeps you immersed and tracks what you accomplish each day.

1. Configure your focus rhythm

  • Open the bottom-right settings panel to adjust focus and break durations.
  • Choose backgrounds and themes that match your mood and help you stay in the zone.
  • Switch the interface language anytime from the same settings panel.

2. Start your first Pomodoro

Pick the most important task and commit to finishing it within the next 25 minutes. Avoid context switching to stay in flow.

Press “Start Focus” to see the current phase and remaining time. Silence distractions and tidy your workspace for best results.

  • Need a breather? Hit “Pause,” or choose “Reset” if the task wraps early.
  • Got interrupted? Use “Skip Break” to jump into the next focus cycle while keeping momentum.

3. Rest well to recharge

After each Pomodoro, enjoy a 5-minute reset—stretch, drink water, or take a short walk. After four tomatoes, try a 15–20 minute longer break.

The tomato counter at the bottom visualizes your daily streak and encourages consistent wins.

Pair it with a task list

Pomodoro Timer shines when combined with a simple task list. Write down your top three priorities, start the timer, and review progress after each cycle.
